1労働者のストレス経験とキャリア発達 Workers' experience of stress and their career development: 職場や仕事に関する労働者のストレス経験が，本人のキャリア発達の過程で，どのように，そしてなぜ変化するかを明らかにすることを目的として，定性的・定量的な方法を用いた研究に取り組んでいる．
