The University of Tokyo ISS Methodology of Social Sciences Project is organizing an international symposium titled: "Normative Measurements and Social Science."
The aim of the event is to understand how various disciplines within the social sciences approach the question of how to measure phenomena and values. Dr. Matthew Adler (Richard A. Horvitz Professor of Law and Professor of Economics, Philosophy and Public Policy at Duke University) will deliver the keynote address.
