Date:March 28, 2023/15:00‐16:40 (JST)
Location:Zoom
Language:Japanese
Target::Open to the public
Abstract:In the field of jurisprudence, especially in the field of practical jurisprudence, there are discussions on how it is desirable to interpret certain statutory provisions (interpretation theory) or what kind of legislation is desirable to solve certain problems (legislative theory). However, there is no agreement on what method should be used for such interpretative or legislative discussions, and whether there is any method specific to jurisprudence for conducting such discussions in the first place. In this workshop, scholars of law will present their views on the methods of law, based on their own research experiences.
